Xmas Shipping Delays - Update 12/12
Due to significant volumes of parcels being moved through our shipping partners at this time of year, we are seeing delivery delays with our shipping providers this time of year. While we will will endeavour to dispatch & deliver as soon as possible, we can't guarantee delivery prior to Christmas, with shipping out of our control
Shipping Charges & Fees
We offer flat rate shipping charges per order to any destination we deliver to in Australia.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order.
We use various 3rd party couriers to deliver our products from the Hunter Valley to you. We want to ensure you get your Tar10 goodies promptly and in perfect condition. In most cases your products should arrive within 3-5 working days to metro areas or 3-7 working days to regional areas.
During busy shopping periods delays can be expected. We apologise if you experience any delays: our team and the couriers are trying as hard as we can.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, check the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse). Click on the tracking number which will take you through to the ‘track your parcel’ section with the relevant couriers. Click track and you will be able to check the delivery status of your order.
